All purchases of credits and digital services on Oraqle are final. As a digital product, credits are delivered instantly and cannot be returned. We do not offer monetary refunds.
If you experience any of the following issues, we will refund the affected credits directly to your Oraqle account:

Oraqle is a digital service. When you purchase credits, computing resources are allocated immediately. Since these resources cannot be "returned," we offer credit refunds instead of monetary refunds. This ensures you always get full value for your purchase.
If you believe you are entitled to a credit refund, contact us at info@levelecomx.de with your account email and a description of the issue. We will review your request and process the credit refund within 24 hours.
Please contact us before initiating a dispute with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues directly and promptly. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
