Credit Refunds for Issues

If you experience any of the following issues, we will refund the affected credits directly to your Oraqle account:

• Failed generations: If an image or video generation fails due to a system error, your credits will be restored automatically
• Service outages: If credits were deducted during a platform outage, we will restore them upon request
• Quality issues: If a generation produces unusable results due to a platform bug (not prompt quality), contact us for credit restoration
• Duplicate charges: Any accidental double-charges will be refunded in credits immediately

Credit refunds are processed within 24 hours of your request.

Why Credits Instead of Money?

Oraqle is a digital service. When you purchase credits, computing resources are allocated immediately. Since these resources cannot be "returned," we offer credit refunds instead of monetary refunds. This ensures you always get full value for your purchase.

Subscriptions

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period
• After cancellation, you retain access to all features until the period expires

How to Request a Credit Refund

If you believe you are entitled to a credit refund, contact us at info@levelecomx.de with your account email and a description of the issue. We will review your request and process the credit refund within 24 hours.

Disputes

Please contact us before initiating a dispute with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues directly and promptly. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
